Can I raise a return / refund request after selecting Order Received?

You can only raise a return / refund request if you have not selected Order Received on the Order Details page.

Once you have done so, the payment will be released to the seller with immediately effect. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you have received your order in good condition before selecting Order Received.

If you face any issue with your order (e.g. wrong / damaged product received, invalid warranty) after confirming receipt, you may reach out to Youbeli support directly to discuss how the issue can be resolved. However, Youbeli shall not be responsible for the dispute if the refund/return request is not accepted by the seller.
