Youbeli Points

1. What are Youbeli Points?

  • Once an order has been placed, the total order amount will be used to calculate the points earned. These points are added to your Youbeli Points account after you click the Order Received button in the order history. You should log in to your account to view the status of your points.

 

2. What is the value of my Youbeli Points?

  • For every RM 1.00 spent at Youbeli.com, you will earn 1 point. Excluded shipping fee.
    • Example:
      Product Price: RM 100.00
      Value of Points Earned: 100 pts = RM 1.00

3. How do I earn Youbeli Points?

  • Youbeli Points can be earned in 3 major ways as below:
    • Rewarded through completed orders
    • Rewarded through successfully rated a product
    • Rewarded through marketing activities
  • Rewarded through completed orders
    • All buyers are entitled to earn 1 point for every RM1 whenever you purchase any items from any purchase in Youbeli.
      The amount of points you earn from a particular order will be calculated based on the order’s final purchase price, minus all discounts and shipping fees.
      You will only receive your Youbeli points after your order is completed – that is, after you have clicked on [Order Received] in the Order History within 14 days after product delivered.

Note: You will get reward points in either Youbeli Points or Excite Points only.

 

  • Rewarded through successfully rated a product
    • Buyers will be awarded with 50 points per item that you have successfully rated after your order is completed.
    • Your Review must meet all of the following conditions:
      • Your Reviews must be original.
      • Reviews must be focused and concise on the product under review.
      • Reviews should not duplicate content already published.
      • Be truthful and objective.
      • Reviews should not include posts that have spam, commercial or advertising content or links.
      • Reviews should not abuse, harass, or threaten another’s personal safety.

Youbeli.com reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that does not comply with above conditions. Youbeli.com is not responsible or liable in any way for ratings and reviews posted by its customers.

 

  • Rewarded through marketing activities
    • You can also earn Youbeli Points by participating in any Marketing/Campaign activities.

4. When is my Youbeli Points expiry date?

  • Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them. You may check your Point under Your Account page > Rewards & Youbeli Wallet > Reward Points

 

5. How do I use my Youbeli Points?

  • You can use Youbeli Points to offset up to a maximum of 1,500 points (RM 15.00) or 15% of the total amount of your next order. There is no minimum amount of Youbeli Points required before you can start spending your Points. 100 Youbeli Points will entitle you to RM 1.00 discount off any order from Youbeli official & Youbeli preferred sellers.
  • Youbeli official sellers can be identified from this Mall label Mall on the product page or on the store page. While Youbeli preferred sellers can be identified by this Preferred label Preferred on the product page or on the store page.
  • Remember to tick in the Use Reward Points during your checkout process to start spending Youbeli Points. Once the order is placed, the Youbeli Points used will be deducted immediately from your account.
    Example:
    Product Price: RM 100.00
    Value of Redeem Points: 15% of your Product Price (maximum capped at RM 15.00 per order)

6. Conditions of Use

  • Youbeli Points are only available to registered Youbeli.com member’s.
  • Youbeli Points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at Youbeli.com.
  • Points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between member’s.
  • Youbeli Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Youbeli Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
  • When calculating the amount of points earned. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
